I should be asleep, but I needed to write this. TheGirl is on a cruise right now, and she won't return until Monday afternoon. In the past when she has left me to my own devices on the weekends I have missed her so very much. But not this weekend, and not the previous time, or the time before that. I think her spell over me is broken. I told a friend that I'm no longer in love with her, and it is true. Haven't been for a few weeks now. I'm glad I was able to fall out of love. Not doing so would only serve to hurt me in the long term.
