Saturday a patron accused me of failing to check in a book. She told me that it was my fault that she had a fine on her account. Yeah, like I have some sort of vendetta against her that caused me to do that on purpose. What a dope. I couldn't deal with her, so I left her to stew while I helped other dumb patrons. Turns out that the book was on the shelf. She was wrong, but so was I, because I let her stupidity get to me. But, then again, none of my coworkers were helping, they were all in the back talking. So yeah, that moment sucked.
