A while back I said that I tried to stop caring about things, but that that action only lead to me caring more. I get it now... it's not that I care more about everything, it's that my focus is now on the things I care about, and hence it feels as though I care more. I do care more about the things I care about, and don't care at all for those things I don't. If that makes sense.
