Today my supervisor told me to get out of the work area until my shift started because me talking to my co-worker was preventing them from working.

It was such a silly little thing because I was hardly keeping them from working -- but being told like that just made me feel bad. That brought me down to the point that I nearly wanted to quit right there and then. What's the use of that though
