Went to dinner tonight -- a family dinner. The waitress we had was super cute, and was giving me the eye. I gave her the eye back, and checked out her body -- because she was fine. But, having seen how she forgot two things I asked for I thought to myself -- "She's pretty, but inept." Still, the only thing I could think of as I ate was -- "Should I ask her out?" Then I remembered my pledge to stay single -- because I have no money to get involved in a relationship -- and I'm feeling that being single is my lot in life.
