I have this little ritual that I do before I go to sleep -- like an OCD thing. I used to think that something bad would happen if I didn't do it -- like an earthquake, or something. I don't think that anymore -- but I've gotten so used to doing it, that I now feel that I have to do it just because it's a "tradition."
