I found out tonight via Facebook that "The Silmarillion" got engaged a couple of weeks ago.

Strangely enough I don't feel anything upon reading the news. Nearly three years ago I told her that I loved her. Meanwhile she was already seeing the guy she just got engaged to.

Well, and I don't want this to sound sarcastic, but good for her. It is funny how in that year I spent 80% of my time with her, the last few months wanting to tell her how I felt. But when I told her, I knew it would be the last thing I would say to her. And it was.
