I would say that the Universe has had a good time throwing a lot at me this year -- but through it all I've been able to somehow keep my head above water. To the point that I start to wonder if all this mockery by the Universe might just be a test of metal. I might see it that way only because despite all the mockery this year and last I'm still standing. Weary sometimes, but standing nonetheless. I like saying that my spirit might take the punch and be a little shaken, but it has remained adamantine. I like saying that.
