I had a wave of sadness and bitterness hit him today -- just for a little while. I plan on it being the only sadness and bitterness I feel over this whole thing. I've dealt with harsher things than this -- I'm stronger than this. I knew what was going to come after telling her how I was in love with her -- and now I'll, ironically, never see her again. OK, I'll see her again -- but certainly it won't be the same because she knows and I know that she knows.
