I hate celebrating birthday anniversaries -- they aren't something I look forward to -- mostly because I hate getting gifts -- and I hate pretending to make a wish. I don't make wishes before I blow out my candles -- it's silly to do so.

The only birthday wish I like is when someone says, "Happy Birthday." I don't need gifts -- nor do I want them.
